300m2 of courtyard, waterpoofing problem, we identified the waterproofing issue along with Melbourne Tremco technical advisor. Demotition of 50 tonnes of concrete. Carefully planned an installed screed then waterproofed. Flood tested for 24 hours, to ensure no leaks, yes flood tested all 300m2, see photo. Tiling designed by Jack Fleming and expertly laid. Client and patrons extremely happy with quality and timeliness.
